GFX Error happens when video card starts malfunctioning and becomes unable to project the image. But does a broken image represent a fault or it's a new reality all together?
Do we merely create new realities from these faults? If it's the sole truth, then what happens to those broken realities around us?
Sometimes, our vision is not what it seems and it always changes when we look at visual inabilities.

“Rides” nasce girando un video sulla giostra in una festa patronale, il “Crazy Surf” della Zamperla.
Da molti anni non vivevo un'esperienza del genere e durante la corsa riaffiorarono moltissimi ricordi che credevo aver perso, ma erano lì come un sogno liquido che cercavano di dirmi qualcosa sul mio futuro, perché un sogno è self-contained in se stesso, nell'atto stesso del sognare; sia fisico che mentale, perché nel momento in cui si sogna, il proprio mondo è nel sogno stesso.
A far riaffiorare le immagini intercorre un meccanismo deterministico, dove numerosi passaggi di morphing applicati sui frame compattano le forme in una stratificazione che plasma l'ambiente in realtà virtuale.
I suoni seguono in un parallelismo ossessivo, quasi ipnotico; permeano lo spazio in una sequenza aleatoria che ad ogni ripetizione arricchisce di dettagli la ricostruzione dell'esperienza.

A bewitched spirograph traces virtual stellar systems in a de-pixelated image made up of errors, datamosh and flickers. What’s the central thread between the Muybridge’s horse and the Digital Moving Image? Technique is a short trip around virtual galaxies to reveal the metaphysical soul of the contemporaneous techniques.
